Can I make any delivery changes after my purchase?

We get it, people make mistakes when ordering things online. We kindly ask customers to make sure their order information is accurate; including the items you bought as well as the shipping address. We can accept a cancellation, a change to shipping address, and/or shipping method update to be made within 24 hours after your order has been processed. Please know, after the order is sent to our production teams, we will not be able to make any changes.

Once your product has shipped, the shipment of that product cannot be modified in any way.

To make any changes to your delivery, please sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager. This free membership allows you to request vacation holds or request the package to be held at a local FedEx facility for future pick up.
