How do I schedule White Glove Services?

After your order is processed, our White Glove partner, LoadUp, will send a Schedule Request email. Choose a date and time that fits your schedule. 

Schedule your White Glove Service after your mattress and/or bed base is delivered. Check your email for the shipping status of your products, which will take about 3-10 business days. Schedule your appointment after your expected delivery date.
