To Start a Claim:
Filing a claim with Extend is simple and can be done through the call center or online portal.

- The customer provides a contract ID, email address, or another form of identifying information.
- The customer answers a few questions related to the issue.
- Extend validates contract coverage by ensuring:
- The plan is active.
- The claim falls within the effective coverage dates.
- If a servicer is required, Extend will dispatch one to the customer’s location for repair.
- Extend maintains ongoing communication with the customer to ensure services are scheduled and completed.
Customers can continue to repair their product until the total number of repairs or repair costs exceed the product's retail price.
