Yes! The Bear Pillow is designed to fit standard pillowcase sizes based on the pillow size you select.

• Queen Bear Pillow: 15.75" x 27.5" x 4.5"
  Fits a Standard or Queen pillowcase
• King Bear Pillow: 15.75" x 35.4" x 5"
  Fits a King pillowcase

To help prevent the pillow from slipping out of the case, we recommend using an envelope-style pillowcase.
