Can I exchange my mattress?

Yes! You have 120 nights from the date of delivery to exchange your mattress if you'd like to try a different model or firmness level.

To ensure fairness, we allow one mattress exchange or return per customer, household, and delivery address. Please note that once you exchange your mattress, the new one will not be eligible for a return, refund, or additional trial period.
