How can I return my accessories (weighted blanket, protector, sheets, encasement, pillow)?

You have 30-nights to return any accessory from the date of delivery.

To start your return, simply access Bear's return portal with your order number and zip code. Select the item(s) you want to return, and you will be guided through the process of obtaining a return shipping label.

Returns are free of charge. Limit two returns per item, per customer, household, customer and/or delivery address.

Your order number is a 5–6 digit number found on your Order confirmation email.

Only the weighted blanket, mattress protectors, mattress encasements, sheets and pillows can be shipped back and returned via the Bear's returns portal.

If you need to return a mattress, please send us an email with your name and order number.
