Do I need to try a mattress before buying?

Trying a mattress in a store might seem like the best way to shop, but a few minutes in-store doesn’t always give you an accurate sense of how a mattress will feel over time.

While in-person shopping lets you see and touch different options, it doesn’t reflect how the mattress will feel on your own bed frame or after several nights of real use.

When you purchase a Bear mattress online, you can try it in the comfort of your own home. After sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 nights, you’ll have the remainder of your 120-night sleep trial to decide if it’s the right fit.

If you decide it’s not for you, we’ll help coordinate a pickup through one of our return partners. Once the pickup is complete, simply send us a copy of the receipt and we’ll process your refund.
