We know how helpful in-home setup can be! While we aren’t able to add In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder once an order has been placed, there are still a couple of easy ways to get setup assistance if you’d like:
1. Cancel your order and place a new one with In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation and full refund. You would then place a new order and select In-Home Setup & Removal by Ryder during checkout.
2. Add in-home setup (after delivery)
If you’d like to keep your current order (which will ship via FedEx), we also offer the option to add in-home setup and/or mattress removal through one of our other trusted partners, after your mattress arrives.
- Pricing typically ranges from $159–$239, depending on the services selected.
- Many customers choose this option for added flexibility and faster delivery.
- We’ll send you an invoice for review — there’s no obligation to proceed.
