We offer two delivery options for your convenience.
Fedex Ground
FedEx will drop off the mattress and other Bear products where you typically receive your packages. If you select Fedex Ground, then no signature is required and no one is required to be home at the time of delivery. By selecting Fedex Ground, and not Signature Required, Bear Mattress is no longer liable for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.
Signature Required – Fedex Ground
If you would like to sign for your mattress delivery to ensure it arrives with no issues, please select Signature Required - Fedex Ground at checkout. FedEx will need your signature in order to successfully deliver the package on one of their delivery attempts. Due to liability issues, FedEx does not allow us to remove the signature requirement once the package is in transit.
