Does FedEx require a signature?

If you do not choose signature required at checkout, your mattress will be shipped through FedEx and will not require a signature.

If no one is available during the first delivery attempt, FedEx will typically:

• Attempt delivery again on the next business day
• Make up to 3 delivery attempts
• Leave a door tag with additional instructions

In some cases, customers may sign the back of the FedEx door tag to authorize the package to be left during the next delivery attempt.

Please note:

• FedEx ultimately determines whether a package can be safely released without an in-person signature
• Delivery requirements may vary depending on the package size, value, and delivery location
• Large apartment buildings may have deliveries left in mailrooms, lobbies, or package areas if permitted by the building

We also offer customers the option to select Signature Required delivery during checkout on eligible orders.

If Signature Required is selected:

• Someone must be available to sign for the package upon delivery
• FedEx may attempt delivery up to 3 consecutive business days
• A door tag may be left after a missed delivery attempt
