How does my mattress arrive?

Most Bear mattresses ship compressed, vacuum sealed, and rolled inside a box for easier delivery and setup.

The mattress box is approximately:

• 42" x 20" x 20"

Please note:

• Mattresses typically ship through FedEx unless White Glove Delivery is selected
• Your mattress may arrive separately from other items in your order
• The box may appear smaller than expected because the mattress is compressed for shipping
• Some wear or dirt on the outer box may occur during transit and does not usually affect the mattress inside

After delivery:

1. Move the box to your desired room before opening
2. Carefully remove the mattress from the packaging
3. Allow the mattress to fully expand over 24-72 hours

You can sleep on the mattress shortly after unboxing, although the mattress may continue expanding during the first few days.
