If FedEx is unable to complete your delivery, the package may be:
• Reattempted on the next business day
• Held at a local FedEx facility for pickup
• Returned to Bear if delivery attempts are unsuccessful
Common reasons a delivery may fail include:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• No safe access to the property
• Signature required but no one available
• Apartment or gate access issues
• Severe weather or carrier delays
FedEx typically makes up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package.
If a delivery attempt is missed, FedEx may leave a door tag with additional instructions regarding redelivery or pickup options.
Please note:
• Returned packages may experience processing delays before arriving back to our facility
• Additional shipping fees may apply if a replacement shipment is requested after an address issue or refused delivery
• Delivery timelines are determined by FedEx and may vary based on location and carrier capacity
