Tracking delays can happen for several reasons and are usually temporary.
In many cases, packages continue moving through the FedEx network even when tracking appears unchanged.
Common reasons for tracking delays include:
FedEx has not completed the first physical scan yet. During this stage, tracking may display “Label Created” until the package is picked up and scanned by FedEx
The shipment is currently traveling between FedEx facilities
Severe weather or transportation disruptions
Weekend or holiday slowdowns
Delays at high-volume FedEx sorting hubs
Increased carrier volume during major sales events and holidays
Please allow:
- 24-48 hours after shipment confirmation for the first FedEx scan to appear
- 2-3 business days between tracking scans while the package is in transit
Please note:
- FedEx tracking updates can occasionally lag behind the actual movement of the shipment • Packages may still be actively moving even if tracking has not updated recently • During major sales periods, carrier networks may experience additional processing and transit delays
If there has been absolutely no tracking movement for at least 3 full business days, our team can open a carrier investigation with FedEx. Please contact support@bearmattress.com for assistance.
- Please note that carrier investigations may take several business days to complete depending on carrier response times.
