If your order has not shipped yet, our Customer Experience Team may still be able to update the shipping address.
Because Bear orders begin processing quickly after purchase, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
To request an address change, please email support@bearmattress.com as soon as possible and include:
• Your order number
• Your updated shipping address
• Any apartment, suite, or gate information needed for delivery
Please note:
• Once an order has shipped, address changes may be limited or unavailable
• Address changes requested after shipment will delay delivery
• In some cases, FedEx is unable to reroute packages once they are moving through the network
If your order has already shipped, our team will review available carrier options and provide the next available solutions.
